You'll find that loyalists (like establishment voters for Rubio) will often not even bother to go out and vote when their candidate drops out, so you will see not only lower votes but the energised voters are more likely to back the front runner.
You will never see a 1:1 transfer of support. Some of Robio's supporters are more anti-Rato than Trump, and some will go to jeez man.
