Bernie's tax plan will gut the middle, upper middle, and lower upper class, while enriching the already ultrarich. The top superelite wealthy control over $1 trillion in assets that Bernie will never touch no matter how many taxes he levels, which means that the superelite will still control a major portion of the wealth while their competition just gets poorer and poorer.
Not to mention that Bernie's economic policies will ratchet up our national debt to absurd levels, and his immigration policies will further rob millions of American workers of low skill jobs

Their presence in this country is what drives down wages for low skilled workers by supplying the market with a surplus of low skilled workers. This is one of the reasons why the poor are poor and remain poor because they have less negotiation power when they get interviewed for a job. Why pay an American citizen $15/hour when you can pay a fresh off the boat foreigner $10/hour to do the same job? That American citizen is forced to lower their salary expectation because of that and, as a result, are forced into a life of poverty instead of doing slightly better for themselves had that foreigner not have been here.
