Getting more than 50% means you get all 52 delegates, that didn't happen.
Getting the most votes gets you 12 outright, which Trump did.
The other 40 are issued 5 per congressional district won (total 8 districts). It looks possible that Cruz took 3 of 8.
So overall, it's looking like Trump 27, Cruz 15, everyone else 0.
