We used to do it in elementary school until they banned it. I would say it, but I never really felt it, it was just something I was supposed to say, everybody was doing it, so I did too. I didn't understand what it meant, looking back I don't see the point of forcing someone to say it. If they believe it, they'll say it themselves.
