Definition is contested and I'm as biased as anyone, so keep that in mind.
Classical anarchism is what anarchism originally was. It started with Proudhon's Mutualism which was right at home in France. He advocated for a system of mutual aid and wrote about property, basically making anarchism a form of socialism.
It's major connection to socialism came with Mikhail Bakunin who moved to Germany and studied under the second wave of Hegelians. Marx was a Young Hegelian and the two argued about how socialism should take place. This was the first big critique of Marx's Dictatorship of the Proletariat as Bakunin rightly claimed that it would devolve into a read dictatorship. Bakunin had his anarchist faction in the First International but he was kicked out iirc.
I don't like including Kropotkin, a Russian prince, but I'll do so for completeness but some of his wroting took place in the 1910s which makes me reject his as veing part of the classical school. He argued for anarcho-communism and used a lot of math, as scientists do, to show that it would work.
In the US, the individualist school developed well. Josiah Warren (and one of the earliest socialists) brought a model for the US to follow. Benjamin Tucker created a complex market socialist system which borrowed from Proudhon. Read Tucker's short essay "State Socialism and Anarchism" to understand anarchist socialism which is very different from the Marcist kind.
I cut off classical anarchism at anything tgat used Marxist class theory or based on a saturated model of Max Stirner's egoism. I'd put the cutoff date around 1900 and no later than 1915.
