I understand getting a natural tan when bodybuilding, I do the same. But some people definitely over do it, that they begin to look like oompa loompa's which isn't really a pretty sight. It's definitely not needed, but I suppose it's up to the individual and how he wants to show off his body.

I use the most basic supplements.
I see a difference.
I can't fly, but there are objective benefits.
That said, I sorted out my diet before supplementing. On cheat days when I might eat junk food, I might not take a supplement because it would be wasted. I drink plenty of spring water and eat vegetables. I take well below recommended dose so the bottle lasts longer. I do not drink five to six days out of the week and do not take the iodine or the tongkat (Super Male) on a day when I expect to drink. If you have both alcohol and that in your system you will hurl. It is real medicine and not sugar water and you will learn the meaning of purgative if it decides you need cleansing.
