Having worked my fair share of non-unionized jobs both physical and nonphysical I could not be happier teachers have a union. It should be a known fact in the US that a good 8 out of 10 employers will do their damndest to fuck you out of any benefits possible. I've also had the displeasure of meeting Kasich in person (surprise he was a cunt) and sitting in on union meetings due to family connections. They also majorly undersold the scope of the war, and the expense, which they didn't even fucking pay for, they left it off budget. They gut everything, they've turned the USA into a firesale, and have taken you from a manufacturing economy to a service economy with many districts held together by defense keynisanism.
And people don't even fucking care, as long as the GOP pays lip service to opposing abortion, its evangelical base will slap their fins for whatever fish they have to swallow along with it.
They don't even care that their representatives often don't even do anything else but reintroduce defeated bills.
