2470 delegates come to the convention. Each one has to vote for the candidate that has won that delegate in the state.
HOWEVER, if in the first round no candidate receives 50% + 1 delegate, they vote again. Just that in the second round, delegates can vote for whoever they want to vote. That means e.g. the Rubio delegates could vote for Cruz or Kasich. etc. So a candidate other than Trump could get 50% + 1 delegate. Even Trump delegates are allowed to change their vote to another candidate.
