That isnt a liveable wage, 30-50% of your income goes to the person that owns your living space.
You cant live comfortably on that much, and taking money away from the working poor directly affects quality of living.
Of the 13k, 9.1k is kept after taxes, which leaves about 3k after rent/mortgage for living expesnes.

Communism does not work in a normal society where people are not some kind of religiously strict idealists. The monasteries for example are basically communist communities, but they are small and the monks have devotion to what they are doing.
People in a normal society behave according to the rules of market, independent from what the law states. Communism goes against it, and as result, the internal market and whole society start to fold, lowering the living standards for everyone.
So, the communist government will have to resort to tyranny to keep their society somewhat operational. And then, it's basically like living in a prison. So far, every communist country in history went the same road. And if you argue that "the real communism" hasn't been tried - go on, explain what are you planning to CHANGE from the traditional communism as done by Lenin/Stalin/Mao/Pol Pot/Castro/Chavez or whoever else to make it work?

No matter how hard you work, you get the same result. Promotes laziness, and un productivity. Plus, all you work goes to the massive governement, which frequently causes corruption due to the massive amounts of wealth the governement has to handle. In addition, communism requires an undying support for the governement, so purges and killing of "unrevolutionary" people is frequent.
Theres no incentive or reward for working harder, and human's by nature are greedy.

That which you subsidize you get more of. This is one of the most basic principles in all of economics. Giving money to people simply for being poor is going to incentivize people to be poor (or, at least act poor).
Likewise, punishing people for simply being rich is going to incentivize people not to be rich (or, at least, act like they are not rich).
Thus you get a double negative incentive. Which is why production always eventually grinds to a fucking halt in communist countries. Taxes increase to make up for the loss in tax revenue, and society eats itself until there is no more wealth to tax.
