Sure, it has some elements linked with conservatism, most importantly the advocacy of a heterosexual nuclear family, and it opposes degenerate forms of family and sexuality, such as homosexuality, polygamy, etc. However, in fascist society every person lives for the state and for the Great Leader, and thus one's loyalty towards the state and the current dictator must surpass one's loyalty towards their family; if your spouse, parent or child holds ideals deemed unacceptable for the regime, you must report them to the authorities.
One of the things that makes fascism anti-conservative is it's stance towards religion. Like with the family, state must be more important for a citizen of a fascist society than his faith, and in the Third Reich the final, long term objective was to completely replace religion with total obedience towards the Reich and the Führer. Nationalism sort of overthrows religion and takes it's place in the minds of people. Sure, you don't necessarily need to be religious to be a conservative, but in the West these things are pretty overlapping.
The thirds thing that is not very conservative is the all-inclusive nature of the state. Conservatives tend to believe in economic freedom, but if everything is aimed towards the growth and strenghtening of the state, there isn't much of that left. One of the things that makes Nazi Germany so clearly left-wing, not right-wing, was the big economic interference by the state.
Albeit, what you consider conservative might depend a bit on the country and it's culture and history; the word conservative comes from the Latin word 'conservare', to conserve, so what it is you want to conserve might vary. My country, Finland, has long traditions in being a social democracy, so when I advocate for greater economic freedom, it's not necessarily so strongly linked with conservatism here. If I were in America, it would be, because enonomic freedom is one the main things on which America was founded.
