No. Even if he won the majority of the regular delegates, which is almost impossible at this point, it wouldn't be by much and the super delegates would stay with Clinton. They'd justify it by saying they were representing their district, representing black/women voters or simply pick a cause that Clinton supports better than Bernie.

Right now he may be able to scoop some up while the majority will probably not vote. If Hillary is arrested and perp walked, or accidentally says "nigger" on live television, or visibly hacks up blood in one of her coughing fits, he'll have a slim chance at turning it around. The actual difference in the earned delegate count is relatively slim, so it's all about superdelegates, who are technically unpledged.
He won't win in terms of pledged delegates due to all the southern states voting overwhelmingly against him, but he could very well win the superdelegates in the end.
Hillary isn't pulling the blue states too well and losing quite a few. Nobody really wants to vote for her--they only vote for her because they think others want to vote for her. If she can't win states like PA or Ohio by large margins, she might not get the nomination since it's proof that those states could easily swing right if it's her in the final race. If Bernie wins those states, he'll be the nominee since losing Alabama and Mississippi means fuck all in the general election because they'll never be blue.
