Blacks don't seem to understand that racism exists for a reason. This reason is due to behavioral differences between the races. Why do people assume Asians are good at math? About every Community College in California will do. Just go to the financial aid office and get every form possible. Fill them out, but don't put your real income, since they just want an estimate and you're supposed to fix it when you finalize your taxes. Submit it early and when you file taxes don't go back to correct it. The chance of getting caught is practically nil, and even if you do get caught they just make you pay if back.
