But to balance out the unhappy feels I must emphasise that I -used- to be that person I described above. Recently I had hypnotherapy involving (in part) an age regression back to infant baby state. The hypnotherapist showed me I could remember the feeling of peace from the primordial parent/child connection. This is part of the psyche and can never leave you - the body and mind already remember how to process and move on from trauma.
