Obama already massively boosted and deployed the U.S. military in China's back garden. He also opened a new base and stationed troops in Northern Australia to the complaints of the Chinese and now he's asked Australia to massively ramp up it's Navy capabilities and work alongside the Japanese and U.S. in the Pacific to "protect" our interests.
