Justo Gallego is a 90 years old guy from Spain that has been building his own cathedral for the last 50 years, he himself alone.

That's pretty neat.

>Residents of the area have mixed views on the ongoing project; some view it as a positive tourist attraction while others consider it merely an eyesore that officials have not done enough to prevent
What kind of soul-less cuckold do you have to be to see this as an eyesore?
>>67324657
This is why nothing gets done in Spain. This is why Spain has no economy.
nobody cares about sagrad familia
>>67324657
Thats actually pretty cool. He got sick prayed to get better when he got better he built a cathedral to the lady he prayed to.
>>67324657
What a cool guy. It looks beautiful. I hope he finishes it.
>it will never be finished
>Bureaucrats will probably have it demolished after he dies
It's sad.
>>67324657
When he dies they better continue with the building of it.
>>67324657
Nobody offered to help him, or did he refuse all help? Is this some kind of divine pilgrimage project for him?

Replace beruacrats with muslims

The pope should really concern himself with this man's devotion and reward it, rather than trying to please homosexuals and marxists.
Even though the man is a dirty papist, he's still a son of our lord and holds christ as the saviour, so he's cool.

>please homosexuals and marxists
Can this meme die? He was never for either of these, and he didn't change any church position on the subjects.

I wonder how much did it cost to buy land
>>67325846
This kind of stuff is actually deserving for earmarking him for consideration for sainthood.
>>67326310
He didn't bought anything nor got permissions. He gets donations from construction companies and uses recycled material.
>>67324657
It will make a very nice Mosque once Europe accepts the Wisdom of Allah.
>>67326854
Didnt he have to buy the land tho? Its not like he can do this on other persons property
>>67326987
oops i misread, he inherited the land (wikipedia)
>>67324657
That's super cool. It says he got lots of construction materials donated to him. He sounds like a very dedicated and hardworking man deserving of praise.
I want to build a castle someday.

> he himself alone.
He had plenty of help.
We have that here in Colorado too. It's a second generation guy that continues to build on it. If you go there and happen to catch him working, you can chat with him and he's not afraid to tell you his views. Most people just record him on their smartphones and thin he is crazy, but if you actually listen to him and have a serious discussion, he is very adamant about that fact that the government is overexerting themselves, how western society has gone down the shitter, basically talking point on /pol/ (although I've only been there twice and never heard him call out da juice). It's pretty awesome.
Hmm might check it out when I'm over there on April 28th.

Go back to readit faggot.

Shit. I wanna visit that place now. Where in CO exactly?

Problem will be finding land
>>67328032
It looks like a straight up Viking Hall. I think we all know what his take on the question regarding juice is, tbqh.
>>67324657
That's fucking awesome. I'd gladly lend the guy a hand if I lived nearby.
>>67328032
Looks like a sandcastle.
