Not really. PiS was democratically elected. There is, however, a constitutional crisis. Think of it like this: we have a judiciary institution similar (but not quite) like the Supreme Court. Two months before PO was bound to lose the general elections, they nominated three new members of the 'Supreme Court', which was legal, but was a ploy to control the lower houses of government for PO. PiS saw through this and President Duda didn't allow them to take the oath of office and nominated his own. (Which is also legal, since the President CAN refuse to allow them to take the oath of office).

I forgot to mention that the 'Supreme Court' can stop laws from being allowed to pass through by arbitrarily deciding that it is 'unconstitutional'. This would effectively limit the competence of the PiS government to fulfil their campaign promises. PO could then use this in propaganda to say that the new PiS government is inept and haven't passed any new laws.
