I've notice that it's a common thing in the US. But I can't help to notice that it's starting to be a thing in Western Europe aswell.
There are Romanians originating from shithole cities here that somehow got to study in places like Amsterdam in Mathematics,Computer Science etc. and now they preach about how we need to accept a ton of refugees because we need to develop like the west does, totally dismissing arguments such as "we already have Romanians that still live in poverty in the country side", "It will bring down wages even more than it is already" or "we don't have the necessary resources to integrate them"
They also get extremely violent on Facebook when they're called out for their bullshit and talk about how "retarded you all are", "Glad I left Romania because of retards like these", "What did I expect from Romanians?" , "Here in [insert western country], a developed nation by the way, won't even think about not helping those people in need" accompanied by typical romanian swearing about people's mom and graves and so on.
In the US they argue with "muh white priviledge","racism! slavery!"
Here they argue with "We were refugees too in '89!", "let me tell you what ROMANIANS did when they immigrated!", "We need to become civilized like in the west!!"
I know most Romanians believe in propaganda without ever questioning it but I've recently started noticing how irrational they become when questioned.
What's going on? How do we fix this?
Because people are shoehorned into taking indoctrination courses to bolster their grades. Pretty much every useful degree requires you to also take some worthless humanities class that has nothing to do with your degree.

I was lucky going through my history degree wasn't any indoctrination throughout the course but I think it has a lot to with the generally toxic environment at uni's these days hard to avoid no matter what course you take.
