Why do rich people like George Soros live so long? I get it they have money to buy new body parts, advanced medicine whatever they need but in life you can just be hit by a heart attack or incurable cancer etc the list goes on how do they survive so long is their way more advanced stuff us normal people don't even know about they have access too?
