I found Latvians to be more on my wavelength. They tend to mix more and are a good laugh. Half of them are ethnic Russians though and tend to be grumpier????

I wouldn't say that but they do prefer they own.
Latvians (I can only speak for the ones in Britain) are more likely to mix and learn other stuff, the women more often than not are more approachable. Polish women seem to think the sun shines out of their arse! But they look the same and dress similar.
