While there may or may not be a weapon of this type, it is still no guarantee of a supereruption.
Use the analogy of a champaign bottle: shake the bottle and the cork is expelled forcibly. But if you break the bottle, the champaign just spills out everywhere without a lot of force.
It seems to me a weapon or nuke directed at the yellowstone system would simply release any built up pressure without inducing that deep magma release. That happens deep deep underground.
