No, there are tons of Christians in Iraq with Christian names and have been for 2000 years. Something tells me that you are not real.
Christian parents calling their child Mehmet (after Muhammed) instead of a Christian name. Even if they worried they could have gone with some other name that is used by both Christians and Muslims like Adam or Yusuf or Ilyas (since they obviously wanted something Turkish). Makes no sense to name you after Muhammed if you're Christian.
