I predict that Cruz will win the Midwest, Trump will win the coasts , Kasich will perform well in upstate NY and Ohio, maybe neighboring Illinois, and Rubio will do somewhat OK in Florida

Chicago is the voter fraud capital of the country. Trump would need an impressive turnout of white voters in every county that is not Cook County. I don't see that happening, but I'd love to be proven wrong on election night.
