Trump has a big lead in Illinois (homestate) right now, and I wonder whether or not the stunt he pulled tonight will endear him even more to the conservative downstate. It's not a winner-take-all though, so I expect Cruz to be competitive downstate (which mirrors a lot of the areas he has already won) and fight for Rubio votes in the Chicagoland region, which is more upper-class types.
