If you have insomnia or moodswings, take selenium or eat foods high in selenium like brazil nuts. Take a bunch of fish oil, too.
I was a very hardcore alcohoilic and couldn't sleep more than an hour or so a night for a long time until I took selenium. It also made the craving for alcohol mostly disappear.

If they let you, try asking for kombucha. it vaguely helps that alcohol craving cause it tastes sorta alcoholic though it's not. It also cleans your body out allegedly.
My wife of 10 yrs hasn't drank for 3 years now and used that to help quit.
Excercise is super important and you wont want to do it. It sucks. Just do it.

You should find balance within yourself as a good Christian instead of relying on the Jewish institutions to cleanse you.
I've been sober of drinking for 2 years now. I haven't even had a sip of beer. At this point, it smells gross to me and i don't think i'll ever relapse (knock on wood). For the first year or so though, it was insanely difficult.
One thing that will really help is to eat ALOT of sugar. Your body has been getting its sugar from alcohol. If you drink alot of soda, eat candy, whatever, you'll make it MUCH easier on yourself. You need to replace that sugar you were getting from alcohol with something, or you're just going to make it harder.
Dealing with being sober is a whole separate thing though. But you can counter some of the physical issues with candy! Good luck.

Good luck, I quit alcohol for lent this year after drinking to get blackout drunk 4-5 days a week since I was 16 (24 now), although cut down to 2-3 days a week this year, but still drinking far too much, a liter of vodka and a bottle of wone a night on average.
It wasn't easy but already I feel so much healthier and holier. The liquid jew really is degenerate, it's paying your hard earned money to poison your body and destroy your mind, and being a drunkard is a sin.
