It's different from a governance stance but when we are talking about Kingdoms Wales doesn't exist on that level. It's technically a step lower much like the princes of the HRE.

The Kingdom of Great Britain includes the Kingdom of England and the Kingdom of Scotland. These two entities cover the entirety of the island of Great Britain.

I know you are Wales' colony but you don't have to try to big the homeland up more than it is. A kingdom of Wales has never existed as a united entity.
