b) This website doesn't even receive that much traffic compared to places like reddit and tumblr, and most people don't even know what 4chan is
c) Political shilling should ideally be targeted at potential voters, and many /pol/ users are, let's face it, underage
d) no proofs
People sometimes ironically shill for a candidate they don't really care about regarding American elections. This is because the alternative candidate is popular, so pretending to shill for somebody else will rustle a lot of jimmies.

I've been called a shill many times. When I like something I want to share it with others, and I suppose I sometimes get too excited about it.
A shill is someone who acts like a happy customer/supporter in order to get others to buy in to whatever. How do you tell the difference between a shill and a genuine supporter? It seems to me that nowadays no one can genuinely express their interest in something without a bunch of other people calling them a shill. Not every single person who comes here is cynical and jaded. Some people really do enjoy things and want to share that joy with others.
