I have always abstained from drinking alcohol. Not even a drop. I dislike what it does to people that I give a damn about.
Deployed overseas right now, boys (Idk my why flag stays American on Kuwait routers). No access to alcohol for nine months, I haven't watched porn and lift everyday and drink tons of water a day. I've never felt this good in awhile, will continue this after deployment.
