Yes. The UNITED STATES is the corporation, and when you sign up for work, you must check a box asking if you are a U.S. citizen. It's subtle but it's there.

Keep digging anon. It is a fascinating rabbit hole, truly. There are tons of information out there but you must dig through the shit to find it.

In my research, I have found a way out of the system, but there is a catch: you would be free from the corporation, but could no longer apply for any licenses or leases, and loans. Without the paperwork given by the corporation, you cannot function in its society.

I don't believe this stuff, OP, but I di find it intriguing. Any good websites you can recommend with an aggregation of info on this?
>>
>>66972998
Any of the links I posted are a good start. While you may not like the layouts of the sites themselves, they have the case law sourced along with timelines for independent research. There is no sweeping aggregate for this type of information, which is why I highly recommend doing your own research into it. It takes a lot of time, but just work slowly and eventually you'll get through it.
>>
>>66971823
I found it fascinating as well. My conclusion was there was no practical way for me to become sovereign, much as I would like to.

Sadly, I have to agree. It seems the entire western world has adopted this corporate governance.

It's too bad there aren't more threads about it, but as you can see it would just turn into sovcit shitposting.

http://thelawdictionary.org/corporation/

Is that a serious question? You do know that the nomenclature for legal definitions has changed considerably since America's founding?
>>
>>66974668

Yes. It's a serious question. You believe the U.S. is a corporation, and that a corporation is created upon birth of all people within the U.S., correct?
>>
>>66974857
No, I believe when Washington D.C. was formed, the corporation was formed with it. I also believe it's jurisdiction of D.C. was only the small land mass that makes up the district of Columbia, and with the invention of birth certificates, they were able to expand their jurisdiction
>>
>>66970278

I discovered that countries are people farms a long time ago.
>>
>>66974857
What difference do you see between a government and a large corporation?
>>
>>66975263

Okay, you're into some SovCit shit I've never even seen before, so let's take this slowly.

>when Washington D.C. was formed, the corporation was formed with it.

Which corporation? The Corporation of Washington D.C.? The Corporation of the United States?

>I also believe it's jurisdiction of D.C.
Corporations don't have jurisdictions. States Countries have jurisdictions. Jurisdiction literally means "telling of the law". It's a place where the laws of that state or country are in effect. So who's jurisdiction

>and with the invention of birth certificates, they were able to expand their jurisdiction
Why would birth certificates expand a jurisdiction? Particularly, why would birth certificates expand the U.S. jurisdiction (I assume that's what you mean). First off, they're issued by the state. Secondly, birth certificates were issued by the states before the U.S. even existed. England used to issue certificates through the Church of England.
>>
>>66974668
In that second link, they use the word oltice. I can't find a definition, so I'm assuming it's a typo. Help me out anon, I'm tryina understand all this! What's the word they likely meant to use would you guess/think?
>>
This is the dumbest shit.

Now, let me be clear, you and your labor are absolutely used to back the national debt. But not as collateral, just as a positive indicator.

That aside, the whole thing is pants-on-head retarded.
>>
>>66975429

Governments can literally not be corporations. Corporations are legal fictions created by governments that govern the apportionment of rights and allow for "corporate personhood", which, I think, is what SovCits generally get confused about.

It means that the interests of the person and the interests of the corporation are seperate, as are their liability. This is to allow for the creation of complex systems of fiduciary relationships that allow for larger partnerships than a few close individuals.

The government is literally supreme over corporations, and corporations are literally just a large contract that the government allows to be held up in court as an entity.

Why would they need to view themselves as an entity under themselves? That make no sense. They're sovereign.

>>66970278
>Is it true that a fictional entity was created when you were born to make you pay bills?

It gets kinda messy here.

Imo, Washington D.C.and the UNITED STATES are the same.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/District_of_Columbia_Organic_Act_of_1871
This creates a federal corporation for the USA. http://www.teamlaw.org/DCOA-1871.pdf
Here is the document. In my opinion this corporation was made for municipal purposes on its face, but was under the direct control of the banking powers. This municipal government could only govern the district and had no control over the other states. The push to get certificates is largely in part to the church of England as well, since the banking elite had already conquered Europe by this point and were emulating their system again in the new world.

You should actually read the things that you're looking at

The top of the page says

"AS USED IN THIS CHAPTER"

This is definitions applicable only to 28 U.S. Code Section 3001 to Section 3038

But you are right, there are such things as "Federal Corporations" or "Municipal Corporations" or "State Corporations", but they're mostly just fictions for organizing contracts with other corporations. Administrative in nature. HOWEVER, they are created only by action of the government above it. The government itself is not a corporation.
>>
>>66976820
>>66976709
I realize it's for title 28, I even linked to federal attorneys using title 28 to show the legal distinction between the United States and the United States of America. I see no problem with the link.

What I'm telling you is that there is a country and a corporation. If you are a U.S. citizen, you are a citizen of a corporation. Colloquial terms aside, I mean in law. There is a distinction and title 28 is used the most because it refers to both instead of a singular version. The debate is, were the wrong terms used, or are there two separate entities with a similar name. It really isn't that hard to distinguish.

None of you are reading this shit, i'm talking in circles
>>
>>66976485

>I put it online so therefore it's source

That shit is also hilarious.

The reason why, for the purposes of title 28, the U.S. is defined only by the corporations created by the U.S. is because of a little thing called "Sovereign Immunity"

The state/country can only be sued when it allows itself to be sued, and thanks to the uniform state torts act, it's only sued on torts and contract torts, and generally indemnifies itself to one of it's corporate entities. There's no need to define the U.S. as anything other than that in Title 28.
>>
>>66977144

>What I'm telling you is that there is a country and a corporation. If you are a U.S. citizen, you are a citizen of a corporation.

See >>66977167

For almost every other definition of the U.S. referenced in law, it's referred to as the country, or there is no distinction made.

These definitions are EXTREMELY use-specific. It's not fucking rocket science. Work with law and legislation for 5 seconds and it becomes apparent.

>I find these arguments, like most constitutional law discussions, interesting. But ultimately the truth is that the Secretary of State proclaimed the ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment on February 25, 1913, 26 U.S.C. § 1 imposes tax on taxable income, 26 U.S.C. § 63 defines taxable income as gross income minus allowed deductions, 26 U.S.C. § 61 defines gross income as all income from whatever source derived, and 26 U.S.C. § 6012 requires the filing of returns by every individual with gross income for the year (with some exceptions). Dozens of cases have upheld the federal government's power to collect income taxes against just about every argument.

Governments indeed issue corporation licenses, which they will usually do for themselves as well because they need to do bookkeeping too and there's no reason to have a different bookkeeping standard for the government and any privately run corporations.

"Corporation" means an official organization. That has been incorporated.

Also to continue on this point I recall the Finnish government is looking into organizing the entire state budget just like a standard corporation. Rather, a corporate conglomerate.

Which is great. You get to look at the assets and balances and audit them to better understand where tax money goes, organized neatly by the corporations the state has spawned for its own purposes.

So yeah, governments are not automatically corporate but they can choose to be and it's a good thing for the people. A corporation is meticulously designed to be accountable and that's a good thing for a liberal state.
>>
>>66979764

No, you misunderstand. The Finnish government is still the Finnish government. They're sovereign. They're just creating an entity beneath them to do that. They don't "become a corporation".

They're basically creating an agency. When the U.S. government creates the FDA, they don't become the FDA.
>>
>>66979581

Holy shit, I just realized what you were saying about D.C.

You're on some next level fucking retardation and conspiracy.

They formed a new District of Columbia by changing the boarders and issued a new act of original charter to reorganize the way it was governed.

That fucking first link basically states "Well, there already was a district, so if they were making another charter, it obviously means it's a giant conspiracy to make the U.S. government into a corporation"

What the fuck are you even thinking, man?
>>
>>66980227
funny story, lavoy finicum subscribed to that theory and died for it
>>
These so-called sovereign citizen arguments have a point, but the reality of the world is can you afford to divorce yourself completely from the privileges and protections guaranteed to you by the US government and strike out on your own? The answer is no, you have no firepower to back yourself up so practically this argument amounts to naught. Technically though you could see the case for corporation from differing points of view.
>>
>>66981845

>These so-called sovereign citizen arguments have a point

No, no they don't.

I mean, on it's face, maybe. In the idea of "government is oppressive and should be looked upon with distrust". I mean, there's an argument there...but SovCits are fucking retards and aren't actually making that argument.

Very quickly you get into shit like "The government is secretly keeping millions in a cash reserve under your name and if you use the right language on bills, the government will pay them for you"

Don't encourage them.
