Hispanic or even Asian immigration is not a disaster for the USA and Canada in the way that Muslim immigration is for Europe.
Consider the situation. Europe is seeing an influx of millions of people from an alien culture. Although many of these people are peaceful and reasonable, they do not share the same beliefs in freedom, liberty, and morality. Many do not want to integrate into the cultures of their host nations, so they engage in one of two actions. They either attempt to actively alter the culture of their host nation to match their own, or they self-segregate into their own little parallel societies. Either of these things are unacceptable.
In the USA and Canada you have another situation entirely. Asians, for the most part, come from cultures that are highly compatible with Westernism. Their values, generally, tend to stress things like freedom, liberty, and rigorous intellectualism, much like in Western culture. So when you have thousands of Filipinos, Japanese, Koreans, Pacific Islanders, or even Chinese showing up on your doorstep, there really is no catastrophe to the West. They show up, bring bits of their own culture, and generally just kind of go around making their communities better, or better yet, just leaving things alone. Essentially, they are almost pre-integrated to a Western standard of values, morality, and way of life.
On the Hispanic front, the situation is even better. These folks are Westerners that speak Western languages, practice Western religions, have a Western work ethic, hold to Western values, and desire only to leave their native Western nations to pursue a Western way of life in their new Western home. In other words, it is a pretty sweet deal, all things considered.
