His argument is that you wouldn't need to control the border if there was no wellfare state. He has repeatedly said that you'd need to either abolish the wellfare state or put up thight border immigration.

Seriously though, he made a video a few years ago in which he told the viewers to sit down with their friends and family and ask them if they are anarcho-capitalists. If not, they literally want you dead so cut them out of your life.
Honestly I his videos since then have been full redpill and very interesting, I think his weird older stuff was probably just a result of his large ego and wanting to seem to be a very influential leader of a movement. Eccentric maybe, but I don't think he literally runs a cult or ever did.
