I was listening to this story on the way to work yesterday. If it wasn't npr I would have thought it was a satire piece.

National parks are pretty garbage. Every "trail" is essentially a flat road and is loaded with people going up and down at any time. There's no individualism because you'll see 100 people on your "nature walk"

But seriously, the reason they're doing this is because National and State parks are publicly funding. Since the white man is going extinct, and the white man is the main demographic going camping, these parks will lose funding as more minorities flood the country and take over. So they're trying to appeal to these demographics to maintain funding.
