They're already attempting to establish better relations via loan distribution to the right-wing parties in Europe such as Front National in France. They rather not like the current governments in power because they've literally been fucking them over because papa murica wills it.
Thought I'd include this, it's shows how in 20 years, Russia's fertility rate will return to levels of self-preservation and population replacement, unlike Europe and the west. Not even eastern european countries are gaining this much of a spike in fertility rate increases.
In Russia they openly promote and encourage childbearing and give social incentives and bonuses to families for every child they produce.

In Russia, some of the state propanda goes against what happens in the west.
I have seen several Reality shows in Russia, where the aim was 1) to improve yourself as a man 2) propose to your beloved 3) start family。 Most of the people involved were in their early 20s. A beautiful Russian woman giving birth, age 21. You do not see that being promoted in the West.
