I'm a plumber. I have my own business. I employ another plumber, an electrician and a woman part time to to my admin; payroll, tax returns, liability insurance, etc.
It pays well and I pay the staff well. I give them 28 days paid holiday per year, but I haven't had any holiday for two years. I love them - I couldn't do this without them. Every Friday we go to the pub for a few beers, come back to my place and my wife cooks tasty food.
Daughter is off to university this year, so that'll be expensive. But I'll support her. She wants to be a doctor and has a place to study medicine (depending on her A level grades). Top lass, I'm very proud of her.
