Saw this on my facebook feed, and to be honest I really don't know how to refute this.

I can honestly say there is a stark difference between the policies these guys implemented/want to implement.

What's wrong or right with this infographic.

I'm not trying to stir the pot guy I just want to be informed.

Same way you refute any liberal position. Ask them to explain themselves.

>What policies has he proposed that are the same or at least similar to FDR's?

"Got us through" the first great depression is debatable. It would not have been permanent under any circumstances, and you can debate the positive or negative effects of his policies, but in the end there's no way to know if it would have been worse or better under a different leader.

Should we have gotten into WWII earlier? Not gotten in at all? Again, it's a matter of looking at literally the only history we have, and saying it was the best possible outcome. I'm not saying he didn't do a good job, I'm just saying we have zero data on what life would have been like then, or today, if he hadn't been in office.

I think the general academic consensus now is that FDR's New Deal policies actually exacerbated the Great Depression in the US. Nationalization of industries and accumulation of private savings during WWII pulled the United States of the Depression.

That America was 90% white. Whites like Bernie, but non-whites like Hillary. Bernie can't win in modern America.

Look at our balkan shithole countrys , we had socialism and now we are just nigger getto. It wont do anything , few people would get rich (jew bernie and few commie friends around him) and they would keep saying how is everything good and how all of you are good socialists/commies but in reality you all are going to starve to death and rich libtard kids are going do die first.

It usually segways into social security, but that's the extent of what I know.

Was he the same one who blew up our debt and got us cucked by banker jews or am I wrong on that?

I can't stand my own kikebook, what makes you think I want to go on that shit hole of a site?

I like the way you put it.

Once again guys I want intelligent arguments I can use when I talk to sanders supporters and turn them to trump or at least push them to back up trump if Bernie looses.

There was no term limit for Presidential office during FDR's time. Presidents only served a maximum of 2 terms based on the historical precedent of Washington only serving 2 terms.
>>

Nice get, but yes I was VERY confused by that statement. Are they talking about NON-presidential offices?

What leads you as well as a general consensus to this view?

I'm certainly not an economist, nor would I say I'm well educated enough to fully articulate the various reasons. I just remember reading things over the last 10 or 12 years, especially during the 2008 market crash, where certain people were talking about not doing anything FDR did so as to ensure a smooth recovery process.

Just some random sources I pulled on a google search:

People remember FDR fondly and he certainly does deserve a lot of credit for keeping the ship steady during dark times.
That said, a lot of the things he did were insanely unconstitutional and he is one of the presidents that would most provoke the ire of the founding fathers. He increased the power of the federal government by leaps and bounds, fought against the system of checks and balances and won, and a lot of the problems we see today are problems that have roots in his policies.

I respect him because he did get the US through a very dark time, but I think only something as extreme as WWII would justify the extent to which he disregarded the constitution and threw his power around.
