To a certain extent, but there's a limit to how much executive orders can accomplish. Since Congress controls the budget, and the wall would cost a good deal of money, he'll need Congress's blessing to work it in. However, with the Congress already being fully republican, (and its likely to only get more republican if it's accompanied by a trump victory) he has a solid chance.

Building a wall won’t work anymore than the drug war has worked. You have to disincentive people from coming here by making it difficult to work without proof of citizenship or a worker visa. This would require employers to be subject to stiff fines if they violate the rules. But it's important to at least have a "base" that's closer to what people want.
Trump will at least increase deportation and hire more border patrols and maybe even continue the secure fence act of 2006. That's way more than anything else puts on the table in that regard.
