Hitler was pretty bad as a writer. He was a great speaker, both in front of great audiences as well as in his private monologues with his staff.
A writer might need to be alone, need some solitude, to write and with him it was the opposite, I guess, he always needed resonance from other people to get his ideas out.
And he even said himself that if he would have known how popular the book would become (at some point, all married couples received a copy from it) we would have either written completely different or not written it at all.
So. Either read it - or, if you don't want, then just read some specific chapters (like on race and people) or try to find an English translation of the "Führermonologe", his "Table Talk"

It's an incredible read. Not a fanboy, but it's an amazing story of post-war Germany, then morphs into his thought process of what the Jews in Germany were doing--which turns out to be eerily similar to what's happening in the U.S. today.

It's not bad. There's a really good audiobook you can torrent, makes it a lot more fun to read. It gives you an idea of Hitler's perspective on the world.
