Why can't China, Russia, the US + South Korea just invade North Korea and divide it among themselves?
It's a win/win situation:
China annexes a piece of land in North Korea, and so does Russia. US and South Korea annex the remainder into South Korea.
Benefits:

Why integrate? It could be divided into many parts like Germany post-WW2. One part could go to Russia, the other to China, and the other to US/South Korea.

Beijing will keep out Western interests in order to preserve this future resource. Information technology relies on these elements to function. They will only increase in value over time.
Invasion of DPRK will lead to banking clan domination of North Korean finances and economy.

Even South Korea, who are literally the same people, same families segregated by the countries don't want the North back. In fact, Northern deflectors get treated poorly in the South as they are seen as backwards as useless. Vice made a documentary about this (inb4 >vice). It would be a huge cost, huge re-education effort. If South Korea doesn't want it, then probably nobody else does either.

North Koreans basically have no real 1st world skills, don't know how to use computers, ATMs etc etc. Have you ever tried teaching a 70 year old how to use a computer? Because South Korea and China would deal with millions of refugee, the China would be encircled with America in a unified Korea and Japan along with its strong links to Taiwan etc. I don't think Russia would give a shit either way since it has its own problems. I just don't see the United States btw putting forward a marshall plan to cover the costs of reunification of North and South - if you think that reunifying East and West Germany was bad, the situation would be even worse between North and South Korea.

There's simply nothing of value in North Korea they depleted the nature resources and are almost out of oil, the country is under heavy poverty and literally is dying, its easir to let them die off by themselves them waging a useless war.
