I don't think the metropols of the world are getting outdated. I've read a paper about an increasing amount of people are leaving villages and small cities to live in the metros. You've probably read similar things, maybe in the newspaper, maybe you've seen it. The biggest cities in the world will continue to grow, then the property value will rise dramatically as the people need spaces to live. It's a really smart move. Wars have been fought over land, we're doing it without losing a man, with only a fictional number. It's smart as fuck.
