Fox is a profit driving corporations, and this was a profit driving initiative. When Donald had his feud with Fox News, he made the point their ratings skyrocketed with profits soaring while they treated him abysmally. He refused to be taken advantage of like that. This is clearly Fox News coming up with a highly commercial debate for profit, and Donald Trump refused them. I don't blame him.
