Mohammed, alayhi as-salām,is gods most important prophet who is also the founder of islam. Jesus (or Isa in the holy quran) is also a messanger of god. He lived 100s of years before Mohammed. His and "Jesus" story are very similiar but the most important differences are that Isa was ordered to gods side before being nailed to a cross and he isnt the son of god.
