What should i eat? Ive heard go for carbo-diet and do excercise, and "don't eat a single carbo and starve yourself every 2 days to enter in kytosis", i also heard i should never eat meat, or that i should never drink soda again. Others think burguers/pizzas with different toppings can make the trick.

The less processed the more likely it'll be nutritive and help your body's digestion. The more you understand about what goes in the foods you prepare for yourself, the more you'll understand how artificial the foods you buy in microwave dinner or at fast food restaurants are.

Calculate your BMR. Eat to your BMR for weight maintenance. Recalculate BMR if you change exercise level or weight.

Do exercise. Ideally 30-60min daily and make sure you sweat. Your body is a living machine with parts (muscles, heart, lungs, brain) that need to be maintained. Humans are like cars, you can't just let them sit in the garage for years without moving them.

Listen to your body clock (circadian rhythm). Your body goes through cycles of sleep and wakefulness that are driven by chemicals released in the body (melatonin, cortisol). The more you adjust yourself to these cycles, the more likely you will be to function at your optimum.

Here's a protip: STOP EATING SO MUCH, STOP FUCKING SHOVING MEAL AFTER MEAL 24/7

You literally have to eat 1000 cals/day for 3 months to drop 20kg. 1000 cals is 400 grams of chicken and a big ass salad. Eat that at supper, nothing else the entire day except coffee (no sugar or cream). Coffee, tea and sugar free Red Bull are ok.

Never starve. Starving doesn't work.

After you drop from obese to overweight you can easily start going to the gym/run/swim/whatever you choose.

I was 155kg (320 pounds?) at 1.98m (6.4?) tall, now I'm 105 and working toward my goal of 95kg.

You can eat anything and you will be slim, unless you overeat regularly.

Now, if you mean staying healthy, then you need to:

Cut soda, junk food like chips and candy shit

Ear more veggies and fruit, meat is perfectly fine, but try to eat lean meat, no fatty shit. Fish, chicken, salads, nuts, etc. all good

Only drink Black Coffee (in the morning) and water for the rest of the day. No cokes, no juices, no booz. Stay under 100g carbs a day. Eat a lot of vegetables and good lean proteins. Eat a lot of fat, stay away from fried foods. Only eat from 11am-7pm (i do 2200 calories a day, 2 meals at 1100 each). Get a blood ketone meter, confirm your in ketosis. If not in ketosis, eat less carbs and NO SUGAR.

Sugary drinks (and alcohol) is really the biggest thing that fucks us in our modern diets. Personally I have a hard time abstaining completely so I buy natural juices and just have 1 glass a day with dinner~ sometimes cut it with lots of ice or water too so it's only 70-100 calories to quench my sugar craving

Eat chicken, its low in bad stuff and high in good stuff
Sugar is good but too much is bad, fruit is a good source for it
Eat bread but don't overdo it, white bread is less nutritous
Vegetables have some good vitamins in them.
You really don't need dairy but if you work it off you can drink or eat it.
