Northern Territory - Aboriginals galore. Also known to rain a lot.
QLD - Coast is a good tourist spot, the more north / west you go it seems the less hipster/sjws/asians we get (compensated by more bogans / true blue aussies). Many nice country towns located just outside Australian rainforest, as well as some located near australian bush.
NSW - Nice country towns, but the coast is progressively more asian/hipster. Snowy mountains, but America would have better ski resorts, so I doubt you'd come here for snow.
ACT - boring. Parliament stuff mostly.
Victoria - It's capital, melbourne, is hipster central. Everyone here likes AFL, a sport where you kick a ball between 2 of 4 posts, and the field is literally an oval
South Australia - All I know is you can get 10c for each plastic bottle
Tasmania - It's a common joke that everyone from Tasmania is inbred, because it's such a small island and no one really seems to leave it. I don't know much else about it other than it's the one of the coldest parts of Australia because it's the southmost.
Western Australia - I don't know much about WA. I know there are a lot of country (red dirt - outback country) towns spread out across it.
Also, fairy bread is a thing. We put sprinkles and butter on bread and call it desert.
