There is now a 100% chance that Trump will be the nominee. Screencap this.
Cruz can't compete outside of the bible land states very well and has lost the entire deep south, while Rubio and Kasich combined have at best 25% of the support now.
With no serious competitors left, Trump simply needs to wage a war of attrition against Rubio in Florida and Kasich in Ohio and should utterly ignore the other March 15th states, save for Illinois which he probably has in the bag anyways.
Even if Trump fails to achieve the delegate total needed for a coronation, do you honestly think the more pragmatic members of the GOP won't headhunt Romney et al if they make an attempt to nominate someone who has obviously been crushed under Trump's feet in the popular vote? No, they'll tell Beck, Romney, and others, to fuck off, and those same sore losers will probably endorse Hillary, which will only make Trump stronger- think of the effects on both parties- Hillary exposed as another neocon and Trump given the ultimate gift of the establishment making the most blatant gesture of hypocrisy since Teddy Roosevelt jumped ship and attacked his own former party and his own hand picked successor, Taft.
In such a struggle, with the neocons fleeing the GOP, most of the actual liberals in the democratic party will vote third party or defect to Trump and he will win in a landslide for the ages, while Hillary clings to a few hardened blue states, probably losing New York and turning it red for the next four elections.
The paradigm shift I predicted last year has come to pass.
