Banning guns isn't going to stop mass shootings. People who want to kill a bunch of people are just going to make bombs. The real problem is mental health, but the government will never tackle that because it's expensive and doesn't have immediate obvious results, whereas for guns there was already people calling for gun bans, and pulling them off the shelves is cheap and is very obvious.

Well I can recall those who owned guns during the riots ( LA and furguson ) , Katrina and other disasters were left alone from roaming thugs and gangs that police couldn't get or respond because they were spread thinner than a jew spreading butter on toast.
