Since port Arthur, every instance of a massacre involving 10+ people bar the snow town murders has been an act of Arson on specific people. The rest usually involving 5-8 people are murder suicide involving arson or knives.
There is a clear lack of massacres involving guns of any nature where more than 8 people have been shot dead.
