All keks aside though, SHARP is a real fucking thing and yes, they shoehorn ineffective, untested women into leadership roles, then berate soldiers who don't respect them. The only thing keeping us going as a fighting force is drones, artillery, and the actual soldiers down range; sappers, tan berets, green berets.
Much like the roman army, the US army becomes bloated and undisciplined as the end of their empires nears.
