Miamifag here, cubans are the only ones down here that employ everyone. Most other hispanic owned business only hire themselves Colombians and Nicaraguans are especially notorious for this. There also pretty honest and hardworking in comparison to other hispanic groups down here. But you most understand that there is different waves of cuban people, 80s,90s, early 2000.
