Saw this poster at a female co-workers cubicle yesterday. I personally don't think she should be allowed to have this posted up. It is a political statement to say the least. It points at me, saying I'm oppressing her....its a statement implying victimhood and that she should actually be bossy, dominating and rebellious which I would think are character traits not necessarily aggreeable for our workplace environment.

Western society spoils women. Women are now raised to believe that they are better than men, and that they need to be edgy and stomp all over social norms so they can prove their gurrrrrrrrrrl power.

I don't give a shit what some poster says because when I'm at work, I do my job. I don't look at my co-worker's office decorations because that has nothing to do with my job. I don't give a shit about the political views of my co-workers, so long as they do their job.
