I'll vote for Hillary or Bernie over any of the other republican nominees. Cruz is too crazy religious and Rubio seems like he's owned by lobbyists. If Kasich were the nominee I could get behind him over Hillary but I'd probably go Bernie over Kasich. For me personally and all my friends it's Trump or voting democrat. We're conservative fiscally and with foreign policy but prefer a more moderate social policy. Trump fits the bill in addition to the single most important issue this election cycle, blowing up the corruption with no survivors. Unfortunately the only two candidates able to do this are Trump or the socialist.
We're probably going to cut our losses and vote Sanders if Trump loses the nomination. The biggest issue is removing corruption, once that's done we can elect someone in 4 years to fix all the shitty socialist policies Sanders put in place

To me, this entire thing has been an exercise in getting both the GOP and the DNC to take a good hard fucking look at themselves and ask if what they're doing is actually working.
Both parties desperately need to split their denominations further so that the nationalists/libertarians are seperated from the conservatives and the progressivists are separated from the liberals.
This election has staunchly proved that.
