Blacks have lower iqs on average than whites. A black genius and white genius are less likely to have a high iq child than two average iq white people. IQ is at least 80% genetic but when people have abnormally high iqs its usually due to some other factors. Basically if you want a tall child than you are better off having a child with a short white woman than a tall asian one.
